Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Data Specialist responsible for
maintaining tax profile data for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as primary point of contact for customers regarding systems and
tax inquiries
Manage cases for assigned customer teams and maintain customer
information in internal systems
Review and analyze payroll tax data on behalf of customers while
meeting quality and production metrics
Required Qualifications
Working knowledge of Payroll and Payroll Tax
2+ years of customer service experience
Experience with multistate business tax registrations and/or
licensing is preferred
Associate degree in a related field is preferred
Experience with TaxEx, Workday, PeopleSoft, or other ERP HR/Payroll
systems is preferred
