Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Success Engineer to
help customers learn, adopt, and scale their applications using the
product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily guidance to existing customers and proactively
monitor and respond to inquiries and issues
Develop strong relationships with customers, sales, engineering,
and product teams while guiding customers through architectural and
product setup
Troubleshoot complex situations in collaboration with developers
and field engineers
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in debugging, networking, cloud tooling, and
system administration
3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, API gateways,
Istio, and cloud-native applications
Familiarity with technologies such as Envoy and GraphQL is a
plus
Working knowledge of Go, Java, Node.js, or a related modern
programming language
Self-motivated with the ability to work well remotely
