Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer/Data
Analyst to support customers by triaging issues within applications
and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently complete assigned tasks accurately and
efficiently
Utilize SQL code to verify and research healthcare data
accuracy
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and
improve coding standards
Required Qualifications:
1-4 years of experience in Healthcare Data, preferably with medical
and prescription drug claims
1+ years of SQL experience
Desire to pursue an engineering-focused career
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field
Familiarity with healthcare data management and coding standards is
preferred
