Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Account Manager to
manage client benefits and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit administration
and manage ongoing benefit capture for multiple clients
Build relationships with internal teams and clients to ensure
accurate delivery of benefit information
Engage in projects related to benefit capture, implementation, and
the development of training tools
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
2+ years of experience with regulatory activities and medical
benefits
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including
Excel, Word, and Outlook
Professional demeanor and ability to consult with clients and
internal parties on benefit plans
