Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Planning Sr Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of procedures, standards, and training for the
integrated master plan (IMP) and integrated master schedule
(IMS)
Track plans and schedules, identify and resolve critical path and
network logic conflicts
Oversee Schedule Risk Assessments and develop Program Planning &
Scheduling employees
Required Qualifications
B.A. in Business Administration or related field; higher degree may
substitute for experience
Typically 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 6+
years in management
Proven leadership abilities in change management, mentoring, and
training
Advanced skills in Microsoft Project Professional and familiarity
with Earned Value Management (EVM) Tools
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance
