Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives and
organizational design projects
Partner with business leaders to create effective organizational
structures for a global environment
Develop and implement evidence-based frameworks and tools for
organizational challenges and change management
Required Qualifications
10 years of experience in HR strategy or change management, with 5
years in organizational design
Experience creating tools and frameworks for enterprise
organization design
Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
