Job Description:
A company is looking for a Life Underwriting Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Direct and manage the operations of an Underwriting unit, including
staff recruitment, training, and performance management
Lead complex projects for system and process improvements in the
Underwriting Department
Develop and implement customer service standards and address
technical issues with field management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Minimum of seven years of operational experience, preferably in
life underwriting
Demonstrated skills in project management and people
development
Experience in managing departmental projects or process improvement
initiatives
Proven track record of building relationships and obtaining
results
