Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Networking to lead
the design, management, and optimization of the organization's
network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the operation and maintenance of LAN, WAN, VPN, and network
security systems
Develop and implement network security policies, ensuring
compliance with industry standards
Lead a team of network engineers, providing mentorship, training,
and technical guidance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Networking, or a related field
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in network management or
IT infrastructure roles
Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience managing
network operations teams
Relevant networking certifications (CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, CompTIA
Network+) preferred
Deep knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and
firewall configurations
