A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Analytics to lead the
Marketing Analytics team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, mentor, and manage a team of marketing
analysts
Develop and execute the overall marketing analytics strategy,
aligning with business objectives
Collaborate with teams to establish and maintain robust data
infrastructure and reporting processes
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in marketing/growth analytics, particularly
in B2B marketing funnels
3+ years of experience as a people manager
Proven ability to manage relationships with senior executive
stakeholders
High proficiency in SQL and expertise in data visualization
tools
Experience thriving in fast-paced marketing analytics
environments
