Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Sales Consultant
responsible for selling self-funded health products through Broker
partners.
Key Responsibilities
Sell self-funded health products for groups under 200 lives and
transition accounts to account managers
Develop new accounts and generate business from existing accounts
while pursuing sales leads in the assigned territory
Respond to customer inquiries, execute sales strategies, and
generate sales reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 6 years of relevant sales experience OR
High School Diploma/GED with 6 - 8 years of relevant sales
experience
Active life and health license preferred or must complete within 90
days of hire
Ability to model consultative sales skills to less experienced
staff
Capable of presenting to an executive audience and demonstrating
assertiveness
Knowledgeable in self-funded benefit plan designs for small to
mid-size businesses
