May float to L&D but rarelyMISC: Required to work WKNDS & HOLS as needed.NOTE: SCHEDULED 40HRS, WORKS 36 after breaksSummary:The OR Tech, under general supervision by the OR Manager/Surgery Center Manager is a member of the OR Team, working with surgeons, registered nurses, anesthesiologists, certified nurse anesthetists and ancillary support personnel whose primary function is scrubbing for surgical cases. Other functions include handling instruments, supplies, medication, media, specimens, and instrument cases. When fully trained the OR Tech assumes responsibility for call.Minimum Requirements:Experience:Previous hospital experience as an OR technologist preferredMust have experience working Ortho cases.Licensure/Certification:Certified Surgical Tech CertificationInfojini Healthcare Job ID #756970.
