In this role, the Inpatient Pharmacist Critical Care will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care. This includes medication management, clinical consultation, patient education, compounding and preparation, compliance and documentation, and quality improvement. The experienced leader will work with providers and other members of the inpatient care team. They will educate and precept new residents. Therefore, candidates with hospital Critical Care experience or a PGY-2 specialty residency in Critical Care will earn quick interviews. This role reports to a dynamic and supportive Pharmacy Services Director.
