Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Implementations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate partner launches and onboard health systems and payors
to the platform
Analyze processes to recommend workflow solutions and enhance
client retention
Lead training sessions for end users and develop insights for
partners
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in consulting or project-based work in
healthcare
Customer-facing experience with hospitals, health systems, or
payors preferred
Prior software or SaaS experience is highly preferred
Passion for improving patient outcomes in the healthcare space
Strong leadership skills and ability to work within
cross-functional teams
