Job Description:
A company is looking for a licensed Doctor of Optometry to work
remotely in Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities
Examine patients remotely using patented technology in the state
where licensed
Communicate with patients through specialized video conference
technology
Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or
contact lenses with the support of an Ophthalmic Technician
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Must hold a valid Doctor of Optometry license in Connecticut
Experience with remote patient care is preferred
Multiple state licenses are a plus
Ability to work as an Independent Contractor
Willingness to undergo any necessary credentialing and training
