Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agile Coach to drive transformation
and enhance Agile maturity across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Guide teams and leadership in the adoption and scaling of SAFe
methodologies
Design and deliver training programs for various maturity levels in
Agile practices
Act as a cultural champion to foster a collaborative and
high-performance Agile environment
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Agile transformation, including 5+ years
in SAFe
Strong coaching and training expertise in Agile methodologies
(Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
Experience in driving Agile adoption at an enterprise scale
Deep understanding of Lean Portfolio Management and Agile
Metrics
SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification preferred
