Job Description:
A company is looking for a Developer Relations Leader to guide
community engagement and support the Puppet brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with the community across multiple platforms and provide
guidance
Lead communication with practitioners to ensure they are informed
and supported
Create content and organize events to engage community members and
customers
Required Qualifications:
Technical education in Computer Science or related fields
5+ years of experience in community management or practitioner
relations
Deep comfort with technical systems and tooling, including Puppet
and Public Cloud
Experience with content creation and event coordination
Strong knowledge of social media platforms like LinkedIn, Reddit,
and GitHub
