Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and federal litigation and must be proficient in managing electronic files and e-filing procedures. You'll play a key role in supporting attorneys throughout all stages of litigation.



Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with case preparation, from inception through trial or settlement
Draft and manage legal documents including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence
Coordinate and manage electronic court filings in state and federal courts
Maintain case files and organize documentation within our fully electronic, paperless system
Perform legal research and summarize findings
Manage calendars, deadlines, and case dockets
Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel



Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of litigation paralegal experience (civil and/or federal)
Proficiency with electronic filing systems in both state and federal courts
Comfort working in a fully digital office environment-experience with case management software a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred



Salary Range:

$55,000-$70,000 (commensurate with experience)
