A company is looking for a Supervisor, Coding & Charge
Entry.
Key Responsibilities
Drive consistency in medical record documentation and coding
practices across the region
Train, coordinate, and supervise regional coding personnel while
providing support to office staff and providers
Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and EMR Specialists to ensure
workflow standardization and compliance
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding and healthcare billing processes
Understanding of the revenue cycle and its components
Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams
Associates Degree or equivalent experience is required
AAPC CPC Certification is required
