Job Description:
A company is looking for a Field Property Senior Consultant II
to handle complex homeowner claims.
Key Responsibilities
Create estimates of damages for complex first-party homeowner
losses
Build relationships with internal and external customers
Negotiate settlements and document activities in complex claims
files
Required Qualifications
4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
3 or more years of experience (preferred)
Proficiency in Xactimate or related estimating system
Previous construction experience (preferred)
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered
