A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative II to
provide dedicated support to customers and enhance their experience

Key Responsibilities
Identify tools and features to enhance customer subscriptions and
prevent churn
Provide personalized assistance and conduct training sessions for

Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer support experience
