Key Responsibilities
Identify tools and features to enhance customer subscriptions and
prevent churn
Provide personalized assistance and conduct training sessions for
customers
Communicate customer feedback and optimize processes for better
service delivery
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer support experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Technical expertise with a high aptitude for learning new
software
Experience in identifying trends and providing leadership in
customer interactions
