Job Description:
A company is looking for a Concern Resolution Specialist
responsible for addressing patient concerns related to billing and
coding.
Key Responsibilities
Review and resolve incoming patient concerns from billing staff and
expedite unresolved issues to the Team Lead
Track incoming patient concerns and their resolutions
Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to inquiries from other
departments, including marketing
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in business, health administration, or a closely
related field is preferred
Thorough knowledge of coding guidelines and experience with NextGen
and payer websites is required
Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, particularly in
handling patient complaints
Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to maintain
professionalism in difficult situations
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is
required
