Job Description:
A company is looking for a Jr. Customer Success Executive
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Review failed payment activity and communicate with customers to
prevent service disruption
Manage assigned post-sales activities to ensure consistent client
engagement and identify opportunities for upgrades
Act as a liaison for customers to source answers to technical
questions and assist in project managing new-customer
implementations
Required Qualifications
1+ year of work experience in Customer Success
Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts and
associated business value to customers
Experience with applications such as HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and
Google Suite
Ability to work effectively, independently, and proactively in a
remote environment
Resonate with the company's core values and the impact of digital
communication
