Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Payment Poster.
Key Responsibilities
Perform manual and electronic payment entry and deposit
verification
Conduct daily reconciliation and investigate variances
Post payment corrections as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one (1) year of medical or healthcare related payment
entry experience and/or equivalent accounting experience
preferred
Thorough understanding of Windows operating systems and Office
tools
Ability to read and interpret an EOB from a payer preferred
Knowledge of medical billing and insurance terminology
preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve
goals
