Residential Aide Bilingual Spanish
Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Residential Aide will assist
in ensuring effective service delivery

The Residential Aide will provide staff support and maintain
program stability by providing assistance and monitoring the
premises
---
engage with individuals experiencing homelessness as well as with
Program and Outreach staff
---
Monitor the area and provide resources to clients
---
Maintain a welcoming, safe, stable environment for clients
---
Make hourly rounds within and outside the facility to ensure safety
and security
