A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant to manage
client news monitoring needs and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and direct project completion in a timely manner
Build comprehensive news searches using Boolean logic and provide
training to customers
Manage internal communication and documentation of project progress
in Salesforce
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in customer relationship management at a
SaaS company
Experience in customer success management in a B2B SaaS
environment
Knowledge of Boolean search logic
