Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solution Consultant responsible for
supporting sales efforts and educating customers on product
offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrate customized product functionality and communicate value
propositions
Align client's needs and objectives with product solutions
Transition accounts and relay business requirements to
implementation teams
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree or MBA
preferred
5+ years of pre-sales experience, with at least 3 years in a
software company focused on HCM and SaaS
Experience with SaaS, Human Capital Management, and enterprise
software
Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
Ability to work effectively with a geographically dispersed
team
