Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative Team
Lead (US).
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and scale a team of Sales Development Representatives
(SDRs) to exceed pipeline and meeting targets
Coach and develop SDRs through regular training, call reviews, and
1:1 mentoring
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue
Operations to refine messaging and improve lead conversion
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in an SDR/BDR leadership role, preferably in
a SaaS or high-growth sales environment
Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale SDR teams, consistently
achieving pipeline targets
Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM tools and sales
engagement platforms
Track record of building high-performing outbound programs across
different markets
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
