Job Description:

A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Software Implementation.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and coach direct reports within the Implementation team
Facilitate sprint activities and ensure project deliverables are assigned appropriately
Communicate with cross-functional teams to coordinate solutions for project deliverables

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in agile methodology, including scrum or kanban
Demonstrated leadership and management experience
Exceptional skills in people and project management
Experience working with a technical team and managing multiple projects concurrently
Knowledge or familiarity with software implementation and data conversion
