Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer,
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of program performance, financial data,
and operational processes
Develop and maintain program documentation, including project
plans, budgets, and schedules
Plan, design, and implement innovative training courses and
materials for various audiences
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in related tasks
BS/BA degree required; MS/MA preferred
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
U.S. Citizenship is required
Master's or PhD preferred
