Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager - Real Estate.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of real estate programs,
including site acquisitions and facility optimization
Oversee program schedules, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring
adherence to timelines and financial goals
Act as the primary point of contact for executive leadership,
presenting updates and strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience managing large-scale real estate
programs
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a
related field
Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related discipline is
preferred
Certifications such as PMP, CCIM, or LEED AP are preferred
Experience with global real estate portfolios and navigating
international markets is preferred
