Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a customer advocate, providing urgent guidance and
reassurance to pet owners
Handle inbound customer contacts via phone, email, and chat,
managing a high volume of inquiries efficiently
Educate users on best practices for pet safety and address
escalated customer concerns confidently
Required Qualifications
Previous customer service experience or equivalent
education/certification
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Passion for pets and commitment to their safety
Capacity to multitask and handle repetitive tasks with
accountability
Tech-savvy approach with data-driven decision-making skills
