Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outreach Team Specialist - National
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Lead outreach efforts for chart retrieval in high-priority
projects
Establish communication and reporting methods among team
members
Manage project tasks, conduct data analysis, and create reports
based on project needs
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a Call Center environment, preferably in
healthcare or technology
Basic understanding of HIPAA and PHI
Proven ability to work independently and complete assignments
within given parameters
Experience in managing escalations and significant issues with
internal stakeholders
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, and G-Suite
applications
