Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Effectiveness Analyst to
leverage data for monitoring process effectiveness and identifying
improvement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational and sales data to generate insights and develop
reports for leadership
Identify opportunities for process refinement and recommend
business changes based on data analysis
Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and
communication of data insights
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data
Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
4+ years of experience in operations, sales operations, business
intelligence, or a data-driven role
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power
BI
Strong knowledge of data modeling, forecasting, and predictive
analytics techniques
Experience with ETL processes and handling large datasets in
cloud-based environments
