Job Description:
A company is looking for a Creator/Customer Support Specialist
(100% Remote Worldwide).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for YouTube creators, providing
guidance and technical assistance
Gather and relay feedback from creators to improve products and
services
Utilize AI tools to enhance workflows and support creators
effectively
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Empathy and a genuine care for customer needs
Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously
Experience in customer support and a passion for
problem-solving
Familiarity with AI tools and content creation technologies
Availability to work 8-hour shifts between 4 PM PST and 4 AM PST,
including weekends
